Returns and Exchanges
Making a return or exchange is easy using our free collection service. Just make sure you request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within three days since the parcel is received.
RECEIVING YOUR RMA
Sign into your account and under My Account->Review your prior orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
Click on the RMA button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details about it.
If you'd like to exchange an item because the size isn't right, choose 'exchange' for a new suitable size.
To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs should be in accord with the original payment way once used.
Please agree with our Return Policy. You will receive an email containing your RMA number which is valid for 14 days.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Please Note:you will get a full refund if the item is wrongly delivered to you,but the shipping cost of the dresss back to us will have to be paid by you.
If you think it is not beautiful or order more than one piece dress,keep one of them and return others,in this case,the shipping cost of the dress back to us will have to be paid by you and we will have to charge you some restock fees not more than the half of the payment except the shipping cost we once paid for you.
The refund will be procceeded within one week once we get the dress back to us.
Exchanges
It's free to exchange the dress for a different size, based on stock availability. Shipping cost will be charged according to the replacement item, you may need to pay duties and taxes on this when you sign for the package.
To exchange an item, sign into your account, create an exchange and simply specify the new size you require by following the instructions above.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or obrides account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
In this case,we are sorry but customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through AmyBrides. However, you may try to recover this issue by contacting your local customs bureau directly.Or if possible,you can hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note card refunds may take up to 7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Important information
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us within 3 days since the dress is signed
If you want to return an item(s), you must request an RMA number online within three days of receiving your order. Items should be returned within 3 days of receiving your RMA number
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.
OUR POLICY
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all obrides and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and signed by us.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Late Returns
An RMA number should be requested within three days of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within 3 days of receiving this number.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the of AmyBrides and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after seven days will also be granted at our discretion.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on amybrides.com.However, as computer monitors vary, the colors shown on different computers alway exist color difference,and please kindly confirm you can accept this before doing the shopping with us.
